The following rankings cover the 13 Family-Dining chains in the 2013 Consumer Picks survey. Overall Scores represent the percent of respondents who said a chain was “excellent” or “good” in all attributes, which are then weighted by the importance determined by the survey respondents, and averaged. Likely to Return is not used to calculate Overall Score, and reflects the percent of respondents who said they “definitely” or “probably” will visit the chain again.
