Each honoree was interviewed by a former Golden Chain winner in a top-to-top discussion covering strategies for success, brand victories and challenges and how best to motivate teams.
In this exclusive audio clip, Chick-fil-A chair and CEO Dan Cathy (he was president and chief operating officer at the time of the interview), is interviewed by Cheryl Bachelder, chief executive of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc., who won a Golden Chain award in 2012. NRN editor-in-chief Sarah Lockyer facilitated the interviews.
