ATLANTA (Nov. 20, 2009) Ted’s Montana Grill said it has named Danielle Clark chief financial officer of the 55-unit casual-dining company.

She replaces Susan Alvarez, who retired, the company said Wednesday.

Before joining Ted’s Montana Grill, Clark was manager of internal audit for Atlanta-based Turner Enterprises, a privately held company owned by media mogul Ted Turner, who also co-owns Ted’s Montana Grill with partner George McKerrow Jr.

“Danielle is an incredible asset to our company,” McKerrow said. “Her responsibilities at Turner Enterprises as an internal auditor and manager give her in-depth, first-hand experience of our financial operations and management.”

Clark became a certified public accountant in 1999. Before beginning her tenure at Turner Enterprises, she served as assistant vice president and controller of Trustway Insurance Agencies, also in Atlanta.
