Subway manager accused of stealing applications for ID theft

ST. HELENS Ore. The manager of a Subway here has been arrested for allegedly stealing the identities of job applicants, according to KPTV.com, the website for a local television station.

Astory on the site said the manager, 26-year-old Stephanie Noland, was accused of stealing the victim's job applications and using them to open accounts. She was reportedly charged with 40 counts of theft.

The allegations came to light after authorities arrested two of Noland's associates, who reportedly were casing cars for possible break ins. The police found the Subway applications, as well as stolen mail and the memory cards from cell phones, KPTV reported.

Noland is being held on $600,000 bail, the story said.
