Sodexho to feature Mexican specialties of Milliken, Feniger

GAITHERSBURG Md. Sodexho USA has partnered with celebrity chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger to feature selections from their renowned Border Grill restaurant at corporate dining accounts operated by the on-site contractor.

As part of the deal, Milliken and Feniger also agreed to work with Sodexho's chefs, participate in the company's menu development efforts, and make personal appearances at some of the contractor's accounts in Southern California during the next year.

The Border Grill items are scheduled to debut this summer at 20 business and industry accounts in Southern California. The planned line-up includes signature entrees, salads and grill fare, as well as grab-and-go offerings such as quesadillas and burritos. In addition, the duo's signature salsa and hummus will be available as appetizers in catering applications.

Although Milliken and Feniger rose to prominence through the operation of their Border Grill and Ciudad restaurant concepts, their stardom soared through their appearance as the "Too Hot Tamales" on a Food Network cooking show. They are based in Southern California.

Sodexho USA operates 250 accounts throughout Southern California, including 90 corporate dining locations.
