Shari's switches to all-Angus-beef burgers

BEAVERTON Ore. Shari’s Family Restaurants, operator of the 98-unit northwestern family restaurant chain, said it has switched to the exclusive use of Angus beef for its burgers.

The chain, based here, serves the handformed-style patties on a cornmeal-dusted bun that Shari’s calls “an all-natural product.” The burgers can be ordered with one or two patties.
