Operators, vendors connect at annual Supplier Exchange

DALLAS —The more than 700 attendees gathered here for the 50th annual Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators conference had the opportunity to check out new restaurant products and learn about new services at the Supplier Exchange.

During both a networking lunch and cocktail hour held on the first day of the two-day conference, operators walked a vibrant exchange floor, trying numerous new foods and beverages and collecting samples and gifts from 60 participating suppliers. —The more than 700 attendees gathered here for the 50th annual Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators conference had the opportunity to check out new restaurant products and learn about new services at the Supplier Exchange.

Keynote speakers William C. Taylor and Nassim Nicholas Taleb were also in attendance to sign copies of their most recent books, which were available for free to all MUFSO attendees.
