Matzoh ball ramen

Noodlecat, Cleveland

Cool Plates features dishes from across the country to help inspire chefs' creativity.

He adds cooked, thinly sliced Ohio beef brisket, a matzoh ball, ribbons of poached carrot, dill and ramen noodles, and sells it for $15.
