Jet Blue To Build New Terminal At New York’s JFK Airport, Seeks Contractor

NEW YORK —Jet Blue Airways Corp. is seeking a contract manager to oversee the foodservice and retail outlets at a new 635,000-square-foot passenger terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Jamaica, N.Y. Jet Blue expects to complete Terminal 5, which will serve as the airline’s flagship hub, in 2008.

The company said it is accepting requests for proposals, or RFPs, for the running of the operation, which will be located behind JFK airport’s historic Eero Saarinen terminal. —Jet Blue Airways Corp. is seeking a contract manager to oversee the foodservice and retail outlets at a new 635,000-square-foot passenger terminal at John F.
