Great Steak & Potato debuts Philly Mac & Cheesesteak

SCOTTSDALE Ariz. The Great Steak & Potato Co., a 200-unit chain owned by Kahala Corp., said this week it is combining two consumer favorites into one sandwich: the Philly Mac & Cheesesteak.

Substituting macaroni and cheese for the plain cheese typically found in a cheese steak sandwich, the Philly Mac & Cheesesteak will be available March 29 through Oct. 10, the company said. Prices, which may vary by region, are set at $5.10 for a 7-inch sandwich or $7.99 for a 12-inc
