CHATTANOOGA Tenn. The Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant chain is promoting a “Pacific Rim” menu through May 16.
The 31-unit chain is teaming up with the Hawaii Convention and Visitors Bureau, Outriggers Hotels and Resorts, and Coffees of Hawaii for the promotion. The limited-time menu includes Kona-coffee-rubbed sirloin, Korean barbecue beef tacos, macadamia-crusted mahi mahi bites, ahi spring rolls, teriyaki American Kobe burgers, garlic edamame, Asian chicken salad, miso-glazed tuna, macadamia-crusted chicken, and Kona coffee cheesecake.

Chattanooga-based Gordon Biersch also is offering a special coffee during the promotion from the Hawaiian island of Molokai.
As part of the Pacific Rim promotion, Gordon Biersch is holding a contest for a Hawaiian vacation. Guests can sign up online or at the restaurants to be entered to win the weeklong trip to Hawaii on the islands of Oahu and Molokai.
There are 29 Gordon Biersch restaurants in the United States, including one in Honolulu, and two units in Taiwan.
