Fox and Hound opens new prototype

Fox and Hound Restaurant Group has debuted a scaled-down prototype with the opening earlier this month of a new store in Harrisburg, Pa.

Witchita, Kan.-based Fox and Hound, which has 85 Fox and Hound/Bailey’s Sports Grille units and owns and franchises the 59-unit Champps Entertainment chain, also introduced a chainwide menu revamp, said Matt Durbin, Fox and Hound’s vice president of marketing.

The new Harrisburg, Pa. prototype is about 7,000 square feet, Durbin said
