Four Seasons names co-executive chefs

NEW YORK The Four Seasons has named two co-executive chefs to run the landmark restaurant, replacing celebrity chef Fabio Trabocchi, who left in January, about three months after he was hired.

Peck Zantilaveevan, who has been the restaurant’s executive sous chef since 2000, has been promoted to co-executive chef, working alongside Larry Finn, former executive chef of Cafe Gray, Gray Kunz’s flagship restaurant in New York’s Time Warner Center that closed in 2008.The Four Seas
