Currently operating 28 restaurants between the full-service Stir Crazy brand and the fast-casual FlatTop Grill, Flat Out Crazy said it will expand into Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Nevada, as well as continuing development in current markets throughout Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin and New York.
