LAKEWOOD Colo. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group has signed a licensing deal with concessionaire SSP America to open and operate outlets of Einstein Noah’s bagel brands inside major U.S. airports.
SSP America will open units of Einstein Bros. Bagels, Noah's Bagels and Manhattan Bagel over the next five years, the companies said Tuesday in a joint statement.
The number of restaurants and specific locations are still being worked out, said an Einstein Noah spokesman.
Einstein Noah operates or franchises more than 600 restaurants, primarily under the Einstein, Noah's and Manhattan Bagel brands. SSP America runs food operations in 28 countries, including 42 airports in the United States and rail stations and retail parks.
