LAKE FOREST Calif. Del Taco, the 485-unit quick-service Mexican chain based here, has named Barry Barnhart as its new vice president of franchise operations. Barnhart comes to Del Taco after eight years at Yum! Brands Inc., most recently as a regional vice president.
At Del Taco, Barnhart will be responsible for strengthening franchise operations for the chain, which is moving into new markets such as Seattle, Detroit and Chicago.
