COPPELL Texas In an unofficial tie-in to the Olympics, CiCi’s Pizza will offer customers a free Pepperoni Flip folded pizza if an American diver scores an overall perfect 10 in the finals of the 10-meter platform competition.
The women’s finals are scheduled to air Thursday, and the men’s finals are set for Saturday. If a U.S. diver receives a perfect 10 as an overall score, diners can visit a CiCi’s restaurant on Aug. 25, the day after the Olympics end, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to receive the free item.
The 600-unit chain introduced the Pepperoni Flip earlier this year. Priced at $3.99, the flip is similar to a calzone, filled with pepperoni and a combination of spices and Parmesan and Romano cheeses.
