Cheesecake Factory rolls out summer menu

CALABASAS HILLS Calif. The Cheesecake Factory said it has expanded the Weight Management offerings on a new summer menu that debuted this week.

The Weight Management menu, which includes dishes containing fewer than 590 calories each, will include a new grilled chicken dish. The new dish features a lightly pounded and charbroiled chicken breast topped with a tomato and arugula salad and served with steamed white rice and asparagus.

The 12-item summer menu, which is one of two regular menu updates that Cheesecake Factory does each year, also includes White Chicken Chili, Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo, and a Hot Turkey Supreme open-faced sandwich. The dishes range in price from $7.50 to $20.95.

The latest menu also includes a limited-offer 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake. The four-layer cake features two layers of the Original Cheesecake and two layers of chocolate fudge cake and chocolate cream and is topped with crunchy pearls of Valrhona chocolate.

The cocktail menu at Cheesecake Factory also has a new drink, the Asian Pear Martini.
