BCA to celebrate industry leaders with 14th annual Cultural Awareness Salute in New York

NEW YORK —The BCA’s 14th annual Cultural Awareness Salute will be held Feb. 17 at Tavern on the Green in Central Park here.

This year’s dinner, “Different Cultures, One Direction,” will honor Daisy Martinez, PBS chef and author; Jeffrey “Chef Jeff ” Henderson, executive chef of Café Bellagio in Las Vegas and an author and motivational speaker; Nathaniel Goldston III, chairman and chief executive of Gourmet Services Inc.; and H. Joseph Machicote, vice president and ombudsman for Compass Group North America. —The BCA’s 14th annual Cultural Awareness Salute will be held Feb. 17 at Tavern on the Green in Central Park here.
